WCH Service Providers

West Coast Health Service Providers Overview

The West Coast Health Service Providers encompass the Healthy Lifestyles team and the Mental health team at WCH.

These providers accept referrals through their respective links in the 'Halcyon' web claiming portal. These links go to 'Kotahi' by Karo. Kotahi is the system the providers use to manage referrals and send letter back to the practice.

To make a referral to a WCH Service Provider:

1. Go to Halcyon Web Portal (green leaf)
2. Go to the Other Options Tab
3. Scroll down to "WCH Service Providers"
4. Click on the service you want to refer to
5. Fill out the form
6. Click Submit
7. Wait for confirmation of submission.
